1. Introduction
American Disabilities Testing Association LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. 2. Our Special Responsibility: Health & Disability Information
We operate a platform that helps individuals seek testing accommodations (including for the LSAT). Because of this, we collect and handle sensitive health and disability-related information. All such information is treated as Protected Health Information (PHI) and is handled in full compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable state and federal laws.
We only collect health-related data when it is necessary to provide our services. We enter into Business Associate Agreements with independent clinicians and other parties who handle PHI on our behalf.
3. Information We Collect
We collect several categories of information:
Information You Provide Directly
- Contact information (name, email address, phone number, mailing address)
- Demographic information (date of birth, etc.)
- Health and disability-related information (submitted through intake forms, questionnaires, or during consultations)
- Payment and billing information (processed securely by third parties)

Information Collected Automatically
- Device and technical information (IP address, browser type/version, operating system, device type)
- Usage data (pages visited, time spent, clicks, referring/exit pages, error logs)

- Information shared by clinicians or other service providers (subject to strict agreements)
We limit collection of sensitive health and disability information to what is strictly necessary.

5. How We Share Your Information

- With Independent Clinicians and Providers — Under strict HIPAA Business Associate Agreements and confidentiality requirements.
- With Service Providers — Such as hosting, payment processing, analytics, and technical support (bound by data processing agreements that require equivalent protection).
- Advertising and Marketing Partners — We may share certain non-sensitive information (such as device identifiers, browsing behavior, and marketing-related data) with advertising partners, including but not limited to Facebook/Meta, Google, TikTok, Instagram, and other advertising platforms. This is used for delivering relevant advertisements, measuring campaign performance, and improving marketing. We do not share health or disability-related information with advertising partners for advertising purposes.
- Business Transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of the Company, or sale of all or a substantial portion of our assets, the acquiring entity or new owners will assume ownership and control of the personal information we hold. The new owners will be bound by this Privacy Policy (or a successor policy) with respect to your data.
- Legal Requirements — When required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
- With Your Consent — In any other case where you have given explicit permission.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Third-Party Services (Including Electronic Signatures)
We use third-party services to operate the Website. In particular, we use SignWell (signwell.com) to facilitate electronic signatures. By using our e-signing features, you acknowledge that your information will be shared with SignWell and that you have read and agree to SignWell’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

The Company is based in the United States. When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional protections for health data.
